My approach to therapy is based on my trust in the resilience of people and my passion for helping people grow and heal. I serve individuals by integrating a range of therapeutic techniques catered to the individual needs of my clients. I often work with people to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD. Making the decision to start counseling is a brave and hopeful act. I'm committed to providing a safe environment where you may talk about your struggles and sources of inspiration. In therapy, we'll talk about the ideas, emotions, and themes that hold you back and make you feel stuck. We will raise awareness of the relationship behaviors that may have once helped you but are now undermining your ability to connect and build trust. We will work together to achieve a more fulfilled life and relationships. With help, we can rediscover capacities for the growth and success that we already possess.
