Meet Caroline

I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges, whether they involve mental health concerns, addiction, or personal growth. My background in both behavioral health and recovery, I have extensive experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have three years of expertise in supporting clients with dual diagnoses, addressing both severe mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use concerns.

I take a holistic, nonjudgmental approach to therapy, focusing on building practical coping skills and fostering meaningful growth. My work is tailored to adults, and I strive to create a supportive space where we can collaborate on your journey toward healing and achieving your goals.

In therapy, I primarily use evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT helps clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns that contribute to unhelpful behaviors, while DBT emphasizes mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective interpersonal skills. Together, these approaches can empower you to better manage life’s challenges and improve your overall well-being.
