Meet Logan

Opening up and being vulnerable can be a challenge for all of us, especially as we begin to find ourselves. We all need someone in our corner cheering us on, who is also willing to shed light on our parts that may be holding us back. I am a clinician focused on embracing and celebrating who we are, while identifying areas for growth. There is no greater privilege than witnessing a client transform into someone who loves their authentic self. Adolescence and young adulthood are times for exploration and growth, I look forward to meeting each version of my clients.

I work with ages 13-26 struggling with their identity and relationships, often causing depression and anxiety. We will collaborate to improve communication skills, regulate emotions, tolerate hard things, and improve your sense of self. I meet my clients where they are at and offer a safe, compassionate space to discover where they’d like to be.

I have worked in various residential, crisis, and outpatient settings. I take a client-centered approach and pull from various modalities including; ACT, DBT, MI, Gottman, and more. Together we will find the best way to take on your unique struggles. For clients under 18, I am also happy to collaborate with parents, while maintaining confidentiality.
