Are you haunted by past trauma, drowning in self-doubt, or trapped in cycles of harm? Do you find yourself constantly worried, anxious, or hypervigilant?

Perhaps you're struggling with relationships, feeling disconnected, or battling a relentless inner critic.

If this resonates with you, it might be time to try something new. You're not alone. From sexual trauma to childhood neglect, from societal pressures to generational wounds—these experiences profoundly shape our self-worth and sense of purpose.

Hi, I'm Lyly (sounds like 'Lily').

As an emerging therapist, I'm deeply committed to breaking intergenerational cycles of harm. I understand how traumatic experiences can impact every facet of your life. My practice is grounded in Feminist Multicultural Therapy (FMT), an approach rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and a genuine desire to empower you on your healing journey.

Together, we can work to untangle complex feelings, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate resilience and mindfulness. Outside the therapy room, I balance my roles as a partner, parent, and dog mom, while also moonlighting as a part-time crisis counselor. These experiences enrich my perspective and keep me connected to real-life challenges.

My therapeutic toolkit includes modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Mind Body Bridging. I’ve also completed Level 1 Gottman Method training for work with couples.

Your experience is valid. Your story is unique. You deserve to be seen and heard.
